Joseph Adeleke

Joseph Adeleke is the Founder & Executive Director of TCIM Initiatives, where he leads the organization’s vision of building a better society through healthy mindset development and identity transformation. He provides strategic leadership across the organization’s programs, partnerships, research, and advocacy, championing innovative approaches that empower children, teenagers, and young adults to rewrite limiting beliefs and build purposeful lives.

A youth development practitioner, author, filmmaker, and speaker, Joseph is the creator of TCIM’s Narrative Identity Transformation (NIT) Model—a framework that helps young people reshape their self-perception through storytelling, mindset development, and intentional personal growth. Under his leadership, TCIM has reached thousands of young people through school-based interventions, mentorship, vocational empowerment, research, and community initiatives, positioning the organization as a growing voice in identity-centered youth development and social change.
