Joshua Adeleke

Joshua Adeleke serves as the Youth Empowerment Manager at TCIM Initiatives, where he leads the design and implementation of programs that equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to thrive. He oversees youth empowerment initiatives focused on leadership development, personal growth, career readiness, entrepreneurship, scholarship programs and capacity building, helping participants unlock their potential and become agents of positive change.

Passionate about youth development and social impact, Joshua works closely with schools, communities, mentors, and partners to create transformative learning experiences that foster confidence, resilience, and purpose. His leadership advances TCIM’s mission of building a better society through healthy mindset development and identity transformation.
