Olamide Adeleke

Olamide Adeleke serves as the Head of Welfare & Safeguarding at TCIM Initiatives, where she leads the organization’s efforts to promote the safety, well-being, and protection of children, teenagers, volunteers, and staff across all programs and activities. She oversees the development and implementation of safeguarding policies, welfare systems, and best practices that ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for everyone engaged with the organization.

With a strong commitment to child protection and participant well-being, Olamide works to embed a culture of care, accountability, and ethical practice throughout TCIM’s operations.
